The Platform includes the CapCut mobile software applications (" CapCut APP"), software applications deployed on the desktop (" CapCut Desktop version"), the official CapCut official website (" CapCut Web version"), CapCut services in other forms now existing or hereafter devised, related Software Development Kit (" SDK") and Application Programming Interface (" API") for you through third-party websites and software applications to access and use the Platform and the Services.
For purposes of these Terms, " you" and " your" means you as the user of the Services. Our Services are generally provided for private, non-commercial use (except for the CapCut ad maker and other commercial-use services expressly provided under these Terms).
